Three Cheese Pasta

1/2 cup of mushrooms
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 Egg
1/2 cup of vegetables (corn is a good choice for this meal)
1 1/2 cups of cooked pasta (any kind can be used)
1 teaspoon oregano

Directions:
1. Mix the mushroom, oregano, and Parmesan cheese together in a saucepan. Spray the saucepan with a butter spray prior to mixing the ingredients together.
2. Place the mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese in a large mixing bowl. Crack an egg and place it in with the mozzarella and ricotta. Mix these ingredients together. Place them in with the mushroom mixture.
3. Boil the pasta until they are cooked to perfection. When the noodles are completely cooked, drain them with the use of a strainer.
4. Place the pasta in the skillet with the mushroom and cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly with a spoon.
5. As a finishing touch, throw in the vegetable of your choice. Reduce the heat of your mixture to low and allow the combination of ingredients to simmer for about 8 minutes.

This meal makes about 4-6 servings and will taste great along side of a dinner roll.More info here: Pasta Combo
